Common Trouble Shooting Issues:

Problem: "Can not Load Dialog.mmc" when starting the M.L.S.
Description: Quattro Pro 8 does not open properly after installing an HP upgrade. (XP variable was changed by upgrade)
Solution: 1. Right Click MyComputer, select Properties. Click Advanced Tab, then click [environment variables] at bottom. Under "System Variables" window, look for a variable "lang" (select it and edit it). Change the variable from 1033 to en
Restart Computer. (This fix provided by Marget (HP Total Care) 208-472-3710 ext. 5020)

Problem: "When starting the M.L.S., I see the logo, but I do not see the logon screen.
Description: The dialog box for the logon screen has minimized so small you can't see it.
Solution: Re-install the MLS (at Least Part 5) of the Installation files (See instrucutions here)

Problem: "The automatic Update (or submisson of photos, new listings, e-mail, etc.) is not working.
Description: This is usually because you have a firewall that is blocking the upload or download.
Solution: Click Start, Control Panel, then either: Windows Security Center or Network Connections
Check your connections and turn the firewall off. Restart your P.C., and try the upload/download again.
